NLDS provides clients clients a written
guarantee that debts enrolled in our program
will be settled at an average of 50% or less.
If we are unable to settle their debts at an
average of 50% or less, then we will pay them
the difference between between the actual
settlement average and the guaranteed
settlement amount of 50%.
